How does it work?

We ship it right to your doorstep so you are ready to go. The rentals do not include the day we ship it out and the day you ship it back, only the full days you booked. Once you are done making memories and having loads of fun, you ship it back by putting the return label we provided on the box, then you drop it off at the UPS store

 

How do I ship it back?

We ask that you use the same box that was shipped to you to return it. We provided a return label, and you must tape it onto the box after re-packaging the SKITZ. Then, go to your local UPS store and drop it off and you'll never have to worry about it again!

 

What comes in each SKITZ

We include a jacket, bib, gloves, beanie, gaiter, thermals, and socks, however thermals, socks, and the gaiter are optional.

  

Do you charge shipping!

No! We do not charge shipping! We have a flat price for added simplicity.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Sadly no, we do not ship internationally. We only ship to the continental United States.

 

What do I need to do before I return it?

All you need to do is re-package all the clothes in the box, we handle the cleaning and maintenance.

 

What days count toward my rental?

Only the full days that you need it count toward your rental. The day we ship it and the day you return it are not included in the rental period, as those days are one day before and one day after, respectively.

 

Do you ship to hotels?

No, sadly we do not ship to hotels. We find it is better for you that you get the SKITZ before you go on the trip anyways.
